the pdb is a debug file created by the compiler, you don't need to install it.
I have had a check on the build this morning and it looks like something is broken as clean win64 build on my PC doesn't output sound either. I should have tested this before posting a new build version up. So don't try anything until I have confirmed that a clean build is working and pushed new versions of the executables onto git.
