My LMS 8.2.0 is not playing any of Radio Paradise FLAC Interactive stream versions on Touch or Boom, but is playing the MP3 interactive, FLAC regular (and AAC on Touch). After hitting play on FLAC Interactive, I get 'file not found'.
What IO::Socket::SSL version is reported in Settings/Information in LMS? What system (OS, CPU) are you running your LMS on?
