Just to add some user experience If you define an artwork & lyrics folder then MAI will attempt to download and store as follows Artist Art - will create an image file titled artist name as LMS wants.png/jpg however if no image is found it will create a zero length file with the suffix .missing. This enables a user to find an appropriate image and name it correctly. Lyrics - will download and store a .txt file of lyrics when you have MAI open on the lyrics tab. You can correct errors manually or delete the file and MAI will re lookup at next play with lyrics open.
Self generated bios and reviews. Assuming you have an Artist/Album folder structure Create and drop bio.html into the Artist folder and MAI will use this instead of looking the bio up on AllMusic Similarly create an album review as review.html and drop into Album folder. Any standard hyperlinks you create inside the html files will be obeyed by Material which will generate its Follow link and Search functions. Dont attempt to style the html in any way beyond basic H1, bold etc If you are using Linux you can expand the accuracy of lots of MAI capability by using symlinks For example MAI will pretty much always find lyrics for a Beatles track but if you are playing a cover version it most likely wont. You can symlink the lyrics in the Beatles folder to ANOthers version.
