Michael, check your dropbox for the server log debug level.
I uninstalled the Qobuz plugin, restarted, re-installed the plugin and
restarted. Still not working, but no error I see in the log.

Unfortunately you didn't enable the logging for plugin.qobuz, but server.plugin or something else instead. You don't have to re-install. That's ok. So please enable logging for plugiz.qobuz, do NOT restart LMS, but try to play something. Then re-upload a log file.
