I have a new ATT DirecTV Stream service in my house. It comes with nice Google integration which surprised me. One feature is to be able to cast sound from the TV to Google speakers. Interestingly, the CastBridge plugin that I have been using now for sometime with my LMS server also shows up the DirecTV boxes as a cast device. So, my questions: (1) has anyone used this to play the DirecTV sound to an LMS server ?, (2) Has anyone used this to play the LMS sound to a DirecTV ? If the answer to (1) or (2) is Yes, how does one go about linking these up ? I think it would be especially cool to be able to play TV sound though LMS.
