Bug-fix release, changes:
- Only show multi-disc icon, and prompt for disc to use, etc., if LMS is set to group multi-disc albums. - Add add and play actions to subtoolbar for 'All songs' listings. - Don't show disc headers in 'All songs' listings. - Hide settings password. - Update gallery image when track changes if this is showing now playing cover. - Only show 'Play disc starting at track' if there are multiple discs. *Material debug:* 1. Launch via http: //SERVER:9000/material/?debug=json (Use http: //SERVER:9000/material/?debug=json,cometd to also see update messages, e.g. play queue) 2. Open browser's developer tools 3. Open console tab in developer tools 4.
