Try for artwork now (I fixed a typo). I have no logical explanation for either a black screen or for no sound. Is the Show's firmware up to date? Amazon recently fixed quite a number of bugs in the Shows. Or is your Show on a different WiFi network/subnet to LMS? If the fav plays ok on a regular SB then it basically -has- to stream ok on a Show because the Show is just pointed to the same /stream.mp3 from LMS as a SB would be. It's LMS (with plugin if necessary) that is actually handling the playback. There's then no difference between streaming a radio station or spotty or a local LMS audio file because in each case, the Show just gobbles /stream.mp3. If, however, the url for the fav is *https* _and_ has the word *flac* in it things are handled differently. Then there's no pseudo player in LMS and the fav-url is provided as-is to the Show for it to handle the stream itself outside of LMS. That's how we get lossless streaming of favorites, as there's no /stream.flac in LMS.
