For RadioBluesFlac, and same for any audio issues, best to check the broadcaster's web site and see if the same issue can be repeated there - because the plugin is not directly involved in playing the stream ... all it does is give the URL to LMS to play it.
https://bluesflac.com/ shows no recently played tracks for the last 6 days and clicking on the Play button (middle left of the page) gives the same hum. So looks like they have problems.
