The coverart might be due to that transcoding, but it really depends on so many factors that I can't tell without seeing the bridge config file, the convert.conf and a log of the bridge LMS 8.2 on Odroid-C4 - *SqueezeAMP!*, 5xRadio, 5xBoom, 2xDuet, 1xTouch, 1xSB3.
