Unsupported plugins only appear after a user have manually installed them, confirmed that they work and issued a pull-request towards the unsupported repo: https://github.com/LMS-Community/lms-plugin-repository/blob/master/unsupported.xml If people dont know how to make a pull request they can also just tell mherger or another community developer to do it for them. So the reason Custom Skip doesnt appear is that nobody has done this yet. People using Custom Skip on 8.0 have installed it before they upgraded to LMS 8.* or manually installed it after they setup LMS 8.* The reason for the above process is to ensure plugins which have never worked on 8.* doesnt appear in the unsupported list.
