I see dozens of *400 Bad Request* errors in the log after you re-linked, meaning that your proxy is likely not working. Can you test it in a browser and verify if you can see the LMS GUI? Maybe give ngrok a quick try - there's now an installer available that makes it really easy to do a complete setup in under 5 mins.
