you run it on windows as a url, but first you have to load the plugin. There are instructions here: https://github.com/CDrummond/lms-material/wiki/Detailed-Information (from first post in this thread). There is an android apk, available on fdroid, but no apple (to the best of my knowledge), but you can access the url on any apple device browser.
