I'm also having weird things going on after latest Spotty update.. My other half has reported that when using connect with squeezelite on libreelec, tv switches itself on and stops Spotify playback.. Apparently Only turning tv off resumes playback.. [emoji23]
You can only use Spotify Connect on a single device. If you're using it with Spotty, the TV (or whatever other speaker) will turn off. That's always been Spotify's behaviour.
If you have multiple accounts in Spotty and your own client ID, then you have to go to the Spotify Dashboard and add your users to that client ID ("Users and Access").
