OK, first up AMP 1 Zone 2 turned on, music played. when muting the dn then up worked, but up then dn didn't. Simultaneous up&dn worked. Then I played with volume a bit and then up then dn worked. Turned off LMS & system. Next AMP 2 Zone 1 turned on. Mute via dn then up worked as dis simultaneous. Also experienced a period of muting not working. 34066 I hope that helps.
