I haven't had to play about with stream types since BBC messed about with the streams for iPlayer & led BPA a merry dance trying to keep up with DASH & all sorts of settings.
Under "File Types" "File Format" AAC - Decoder has a choice of Native or Disabled. It is currently set to Native The other 3 listed under AAC (FLAC, MP3 & PCM) are all set to faad VortexBox 2.3 (Fedora Rel 20) on old Celeron laptop with mounted 2TB drive. 2 x Squeezebox Touch, one on Yamaha YSP1000 soundbar with XLS300-PR sub, one on Naim NAIT 3R with B&W P4 speakers both of 1998 vintage.
