Hi Chris (and anyone else reading this). I have a favor to ask. I think
I see a more efficient and straightforward way to handle the Quick
Select process in the plugin, which could simplify the network
state-handling logic quite a bit. While I'm sure it would work for my
Denon AVR-3311ci (based on studying about a million lines of debug
output in the last week), I'm a little worried that other AVR's may
handle the MSQUICK command differently, specifically in the responses
sent back to the client. Mine sends back literally hundreds of responses
(all but one of which we ignore), comprising a complete list of every
receiver setting, including many that I didn't even know existed. My
fear is that this behavior is not typical and that maybe is symptomatic
of a bug in my AVR firmware. In any case, to alleviate my concerns, I
would appreciate it if you could run a short test whenever you have a
chance (assuming you are using a Quick Select command in your setup).
Just turn debug on and then do a "power on" followed by a "power off"
and upload the resulting debug log.

Thanks!

P.S. If you are able to do this, please let me know the model number of
your AVR.

Sam
