Yeah, I can't think of a better name than "Information" - afterall most
of the page is info, it just has buttons to access the settings and a
rescan menu.

I do add a little JS, to add the folder chooser buttons and to intecept
some play/add buttons (from advanced search, etc). However, I -like- the
descriptions always being shown, I find it more helpful than being
hidden behind a tooltip - especailly the long ones (I've see the
tooltips on the Default skin hide some of the text).
