Philippe will have the definitive answer but my guess is that there is
no DLNA/UPnP-AV command to turn off (or maybe even turn on) a renderer.
I suspect that the device turns on because it is being given something
to do ... and it turns off after a configurable (in some renderers)
amount of idle time.
