Interesting.
As far as I know (not very far) the plugin is not called when the items are put into the playlist. It is called when LMS detects that the stream URL matches one that the plugin is looking for. Does the problem happen when the items are being added to the playlist or when one of the FIP stations (or one of the others handled by the plugin) start playing? How have you constructed the playlist?
