The short answer to your question is yes. The Custom Clock configurations are JSON format. So you can edit with any text editor and then import using CCH. I recommend you spend a little time reviewing the following thread. You'll find other users that have created custom clock screens and shared them with the community. Likely you will find one there that is close to what you're trying to accomplish.
