I primarily access Qobuz via LMS for playback on my stereo. (Players are RPi units, one with Picoreplayer 6 and another with Hifiberry OS, but I don't think this is connected to the issue.) I'm running LMS 8.0.0 - 1587398922 under Linux on a separate standalone PC.
When you open Qobuz in LMS, you get a range of options -- "My Purchases", "My Playlists"... "Best Sellers", "New Releases", etc, with "Genres" being the final selection. Everything has worked fine until recently. Now, the "Genre" option will no longer open and populate. All of the others are just fine. The genre choice on the web interface of "play.qobuz.com" continues to work. I primarily use the Genre option from Qobuz via LMS to narrow down the New Releases, Bestsellers and In The Press I want to explore, so the current issue is a real impediment.
