Just did that.. to no avail i am afraid.
C:\Program Files (x86)\Squeezebox\server\Plugins\CustomClock
Still no customclock
( and yes, i restarted the server)

Go to Settings/Advanced/Logging, check the box for "keep upon restart" (or similar) and set server.plugins to DEBUG. Then restart your LMS and check server.log for any trace of the above plugin. Once done disable the logging again
