Couldn't get any of the "start app from command line" tricks to work, I'm not sure what I was doing wrong. So I got the standard windows install package (thank you Mr.Dawson) which gives you a path to a standard .exe file, told task manager to wait 1 minute with logon as the trigger and viola. So far it has worked perfectly every time. If anything goes wrong i'll put my duce cap back on and report to the forum. Cheers.
