Oh, sorry. When a BBC Listen Again programme is playing, click on the menu bar to the right of it and select More and a list appears in the left frame (if youre using the desktop view) and at the bottom of that list is Segment Times. On the standard LMS web app, click the M on the item playing then select Segment Times from the list. I only found it by accident but I find it really useful.
