AFAIK, iOS does not leave webapps running when you switch to another app, it freezes them. So when you re-open the app, it in fact has to reload. Not sure why it would take 30 seconds though. In what sate is it frozen for 30 seconds? Does it show the last used page (e.g. browse, now-playing. queue)? Is it showing the connection lost screen?
