You're welcome. @rgdawson: I did a little research and 'this ' (https://www.askvg.com/windows-10-fix-keyboard-input-not-working-in-microsoft-edge-start-menu-cortana-and-lock-screen/)helped fix the touch keyboard issue. (ctfmon.exe apparently was not running or something like that.)
