Ok, I hope this one is better: the hour correction is now configurable using strings. Similarly to the minutes strings, there are correction strings which are 0 for no correction, or some other value (usually +1 around 30minutes) if you want correction. This should allow for very flexible and language specific strings. Please give this a try.
