This happens periodically on my Android phone, and I have concluded that
although I have a strong WiFi signal of my own, as my router is nearby
... I see, using a WiFi analyzer app, that there are strong WiFi signals
coming from my neighbors! I have been assuming that I am getting some
serious interference from next door. I see about ten strong routers
using the analyzer app, and I am surprised now that I am not getting
more dropouts than I do!
