Check your HA entities and see if media_player.livingroom exists and is there a media_player.livingroom_2. Sometimes things get renamed if they existed already. You can try to clearout the media_player.* devices in the known_devices.yaml file. (Make a backup first). Reboot and see if that clears it up. Because the UI is changing, that means your Dialogflow is correct, but the HA entity (media_player.livingroom) is not being found or resolved properly. My best guess.
