I think LMS is returning "Ö" as the index character at this place. In the albums list iPeng uses a static index list for albums and artists because otherwise the list often got too long (LMS also returns individual indexes for 0..9 and all kind of other index characters). If the list gets too long it's no longer really useful on a phone display hence the static list.
