Hi Michael, Thanks for your help so far. I've submitted a post including the DEBUG from (player.source) - Player Source Audio & Conversion Logging, but it's waiting for mod approval so I've put the important looking bits into a file and uploaded to your dropbox.
The conversion evaluation doesn't seem to have any obvious errors and given that FLAC, PCM & MP3 all sound pretty much the same, I'm wondering if there is a problem with the support for ogg vorbis on my server....
