Collect the zip file into the Cache/DownloadedPlugins/ directory and rename it to RadioFrance.zip if that output file name was not specified when downloading (the steps in my earlier post) then ...
There's really no reason to deal with those folders. Just use the other Plugins folder and you won't have to fiddle with other files, rename stuff etc.
