Did you mail me and fix it through an OS update. Its good to know that obviously non-jailbroken iOS 9.0-devices are affected, too (might help finding the issue) but theres really no other reason to stick with the 9.0.x iOS versions if you dont jailbreak, these releases had some serious issues (like 10.2.x).
