Just to answer my own question: no, it's no new release. But then
there's something odd about it: if I search for that artist in the
Spotify app (on my phone), it would find that album and claim there were
six tracks. But when I drill down in to the track list, only three would
be shown. There seems to be some data inconsistency on Spotify's end.
