By the way, solved the problem with the ickstream plugin and HDD spindown on my My Book Live NAS by installing LMS with the pluin on a Raspberry Pi with remote mount to the music library on the NAS instead.
Works like a charm and I'm very happy with this solution. Thank's for the advice and keep up the good work!
