If you have a player on MySqueezebox.com and your other server is no longer reachable, iPeng will switch to MySB. But only if the main App is running in the foreground. Otherwise it should not.

Somehow I suspect that the widget just shows that info if it can't reach the server you are normally using and it doesn't have stored MySB credentials. A player being registered on MySB is not the same thing as it showing up on that server (e.g. in iPeng). MySB has a dual role: it manages services and accounts for _all_ players, also the ones you use through LMS and it can directly control a player if you have no LMS running.
