I didn't even know you could add a favorites folder in that list.  If
the folder you use for Dynamic Playlists doesn't include the name of the
folder/menu item you want to delete, it may be worth doing a search,
such as starting from
/var/lib/squeezeboxserver/cache/InstalledPlugins/Plugins

Where xyz is part of the folder/menu name.  
It may also be worth doing the same in the folder you use for such
lists, in case the text is embedded in some other playlist.
