I did download and install that version of the plugin just now, however
slimserver would not recognise it. I stoppped and restarted slimserver a
couple of times to be sure (also double-checked that the file was in the
right place!), but LazySearch didn't show up in the plugins list. I just
reverted to the one I had before and it shows up again.  I'll leave it
in and see if it crashes again tonight. If you'd like to suggest some
debug flags to leave on I'll set them...

I did just trigger a rescan manually, and it completed without error.

The scheduled rescan is for new and changed music only.
