There is an option on the ewe launcher "settings" tab to "Place EWE on Start Menu", this places EWE on the start menu. This would be useful if you had several ewe apps, of course, but not helpful if you only have one.
Hmm... have to check this again on my Zaurus. I thought it put a SlimRemote icon in the start menu :-/.
Sounds like a multiplatform issue. All Windows Mobile apps have an "ok" top right... its a bit like the "X" top right on most Windows Windows, except that the norm in windows mobile is for this to minimise rather than exit (I mentioned this in an earlier post).
In the case you described (hit top right "Ok" in the settings screen) would you expect the app to be closed?
