That is strange; they appear fine for me, but I'm on the 6.5 trunk. I'll try a switch to the 6.2 stable branch and see what happens there. The odd thing is I've not made any changes to the preferences/setup functionality (or, at least, I think I haven't...!) I'll post back with what I find.
