Octopress. It uses github to host very nice-looking blog content, external webservices for things like comments, and all the actual hosted content is static, so there's nothing to exploit other than spamming via comments, if you have comments enabled via eg: discus. http://octopress.org/ I used to run wordpress and movabletype, but they were both /far/ more effort to maintain than I wanted to deal with.
