I installed Natty on an Eeepc netbook this morning for one of the engineers at work. The Eee had Windows on the HD. The installer shrunk the NTFS partition to half the disk and installed Natty on the other half. Both Windows and Linux work as expected. The Linux environment correctly configured the wireless, audio, and the built-in webcam. The default destop feels like the old netbook-spin desktop. It's not really my favorite, but it's pretty attractive and its operation is easy enough to grok. -- Paul Heinlein <> [email protected] <> http://www.madboa.com/ _______________________________________________ PLUG mailing list [email protected] http://lists.pdxlinux.org/mailman/listinfo/plug
