Jijo: I think most people who've been using Linux / Unix for any period of time knows that they're (mostly) the same under the hood.
So it really boils down to personal preference, management preference, ... It's like Honda vs Toyota, only the rice boys would get into fights over them. For everyone else (who's not a hobbyist) they are both forms of transportation.
