Our group can help you. We made a KM system for the Davao Chamber using Plone. The difference between Plone and Alfresco is that Alfresco is already geared towards KM systems while with Plone you have to configure it for KM. With the right budget and the cooperation of the entire organization, the project can become successful. Experience tells me that the technology is the easy part. The most difficult aspect of the project is change management. Another thing, KM is not all about high technology. There are practices that can be applied in the office that are based on low technology. BTW, we are based in Davao City. Holden
