For Globe Visibility, AFAIK, the correct details are:

Phone number: *99***1#
APN: internet.globe.com.ph

Also, try to remove the extra init scripts that you got from my blog
entry, since those may have only been applicable to the particular modem
I used which wasn't a Huawei E220. The only init script that's really
important is AT+CGDCONT=1,"IP","$APN","",0,0 where $APN is your APN, or
internet.globe.com.ph for Globe Visibility.
