I've been with belltel icable for more than 2 years and it was stable for me
until the last month. I am telecommuting so I used it all the time. For
nearly 1.7k I get max 512 kbps connection but six months ago I can go 1mbps
with bittorrent. The good thing is you can switch your IP link from destiny
to icable by just playing with your broadband router's mac address.

With belltel, its on DHCP but you always get the same IP(routers mac is
mapped to an IP). You can host servers but contract prohibits you to host
servers for residential plans.

Destiny's cabling in our area has been mess up recently. There seems to be
lots of illegal cable tv connection often initiated by destiny technicians
:( . Its the main reason for low SNR.

I'm getting a smart bro tomorrow as a backup.
