This is part of the solid customer value proposition that Tri-Isys is  
now working to provide, and by virtue of their being our bandwidth  
provider, what FS3 is able to leverage. The latency and bandwidth from  
most (all?) local ISPs to www.fs3.ph should be more than just decent.  
We used to host our servers at ServerBeach in the US for exactly the  
reason you provide, but are happy to have found a new bandwidth and  
colocation provider in Tri-Isys.
