We use the Linksys WVC200 camera with builtin-server.  It can pan to a
certain degree and can broadcast audio as well.  The problem is that
it requires an active X plugin to control the panning of the camera so
it works in IE only.  However, you can watch the video with mplayer or
vlc.  You just can't pan it.

I am interested to know what other IP cameras are being used in the Philippines.
