Well, if I remember correctly, there's already this group of people who was able to make a mouse driver for the Nintendo Wii's Remote for Windows, MacOSX, and Linux. You just need the driver and a Bluetooth dongle, and a device that will emulate the Wii sensor bar, then you can use the Wii remote as your mouse/pointing device.
