Yes, I downloaded the rpm from subversion.tigris.org but the as of now the
only available is for RHEL4.

By the way, RHEL5 is now also using yum and not up2date anymore. Our host
disallow our yum update but will email them to allow us to use it. Thanks
for the help.

Are you trying to install the packages from subversion.tigris.org? You
don't have to install that. Just use the packages that came with RHEL
5.

Just use the up2date or yum (if using CentOS) to install subversion
from RHEL 5  or CentOS 5 repositories.
